Darien's Weed Beach.
Darien residential real estate results were up slightly at mid-year.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- New listings up 4 percent;
-- Number sold down 3 percent;
-- Sold volumne was unchanged, and
-- Average sale price rose 2 percent.
