Rowayton Posts Strong Mid-Year Real Estate Results

Gains...

Along Five Mile River in Rowayton.

Rowayton posted significant residential real estate gains at mid-year.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were;

-- New listings up 4 percent;
-- Number sold rose 10 percent;
-- Sold volume jumped 38 percent, and
-- Average sale price gained 25 percent.
