Thunderstorm developing over the Pacific.
Darien's residential real estate market saw an uptick in home buying in the week ending today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Six new listings of property for sale;
-- 15 price changes;
-- Nine accepted offers;
-- One property going under contract, and
-- Two closings.
