Darien Real Estate Posts Gains for 2017

Darien's residential real estate market closed 2017 with gains.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- Total active listings were up six percent;

-- Number sold gained 13 percent;

-- Sold volume rose 14 percent, and

-- Average sale price was unchanged.
