New Listings, Closings Lead Darien Real Estate Results

A rainy January day.

New listings and closings led Darien's residential real estate results in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- Nine new listings of property for sale;

-- Four price changes;

-- No accepted offers;

-- Two properties going under contract, and

-- Five closings.
