Home buyers picked up the pace of Darien residential real estate in the week ending today.

Thirteen accepted offers and six properties going under contract were reported on the Darien MLS as buyer activity increased.

Other results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- Eleven new listings of property for sale;

-- Seven price changes, and

-- Six closings.
