Calvin and Hobbes fooling around on April Fool's Day.
Darien finished a busy real estate week today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 11 new listings of property for sale;
-- 20 price changes;
-- Seven accepted offers;
-- One property going under contract, and
-- Eight closings.
