Colorful spring.
Rowayton ended the first quarter of 2016 with strong real estate results.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Total listings up 24 percent;
-- Number sold increased 10 percent;
-- Sold volume rose 14 percent, and
-- Average sale price up three percent.
