Dogwood season.
Darien saw a surge in residential real estate new listings and price changes in the week ending today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 22 new listings of property for sale;
-- 16 price changes;
-- Three accepted offers;
-- No properties going under contract, and
-- Six closings.
