Early spring in the woods.
Darien's spring residential real estate market continued to roll on in the week ending today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 11 new listings of property for sale;
-- 10 price changes;
-- Five accepted offers;
-- One property going under contract, and
-- Five closings.
