Taking a break on a fall afternoon.
Darien's residential real estate market saw activity in nearly every category as fall began this week.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Nine new listings of property for sale;
-- 16 price changes;
-- Five accepted offers;
-- No properties going under contract, and
-- Four closings.
