Darien residential real estate saw a moderate change in activity this week, heading into the fall home market.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 14 new listings of property for sale;
-- 13 price changes;
-- Two accepted offers;
-- No properties going under contract, and
-- Five closings.
