Graduation time in Darien.

Darien saw an uptick in residential real estate activity in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were: 

-- Nine new listings of property for sale;

-- 17 price changes;

-- Nine accepted offers;

-- Three properties going under contract, and

-- 13 closings.
