Happy Fourth of July.
Darien's active residential real estate rolled along in the week ending today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 10 new listings of property for sale;
-- 11 price changes;
-- Five accepted offers;
-- One property going under contract, and
-- Eight closings.
