Tiger lily season in Darien.

Darien's residential real estate market saw continued activity in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

             -- 11 new listings of property for sale;

             -- 14 price changes;

             -- Eight accepted offers;

             -- No properties going under contract, and

             -- 10 closings.
