Happy Bastille Day weekend.
Adjustments and closings were the main focus of Darien's residential real estate market in the week ending today.
Results, according to the Daren MLS, were:
-- Seven new listings of property for sale;
-- 13 price changes;
-- Three accepted offers;
-- No properties going under contract, and
-- 14 closings.
