Weekly update...
Reminds me of summer rafting with the family on the Snake River in Wyoming.
With the onset of summer, Darien residential real estate results slowed in the week ending today.
Results, according to the Daren MLS, were:
-- Three new listings of property for sale;
-- Eight price changes;
-- Nine accepted offers;
-- No properties going under contract, and
-- Three closings.
