A summer spectacle.

Darien saw modest changes to residential real estate results in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Daren MLS, were: 

-- Four new listings of property for sale;

-- 12 price changes;

-- Six accepted offers;

-- One property going under contract, and

-- Seven closings.
